Description
TC310 is a heavyweight 310gsm twill fabric made from 65% polyester and 35% cotton, with a 16×10 yarn count, 108×56 density and 3/1 twill construction. Made with ring-spun yarn, it offers good fabric strength together with a clean and neat surface, making it a solid choice for durable work pants and heavy-duty uniforms.
What makes this fabric different is its performance under high-temperature washing. It is developed to withstand repeated washing at 75–95°C, with good resistance to color fading and staining. This is especially important for multi-color garments, where a dark or bright fabric can easily stain the adjoining fabric or reflective tape during washing.
We have supplied TC310 to the European workwear market for two-tone work pants combining blue and orange fabrics. In this type of garment, good color stability helps prevent the orange fabric from staining the blue panels or reflective tape after high-temperature washing, keeping the garment looking clean after repeated use.
