How is the industrial laundry fabric made ?
The industrial laundry fabric manufacturing process involved four principles, including wrinkle resistance, anti-fuzzing and pilling, disperse/vat dyeing, and shaping.
Specifically, in terms of the greige fabric, we select strong yarns to weave greige fabric, ensuring the fabric excellent strength and less fuzzing.
In terms of dyeing and finishing, we have optimized the traditional continuous dyeing process by adding wrinkle-resistance resin, anti-fuzzing and pilling agents, imported high-temperature washing-resistant dyes, and high-temperature shaping.

How to order industrial laundry fabric ?
Our industrial laundry fabric meet ISO105-C06 and ISO15797-2013 standard. Industrial washable, stable shrinkage, anti-HT washing, high color fastness. Applicable for rental, mechanical, mining, catering industry.
The industrial laundry process can be applied to polyester-cotton (T/C), cotton-rich blends, polyester-cotton-spandex blends, 100% cotton fabric.
First, you need to choose the basic fabric. The fiber content, weight, and yarn count+density. Of course, most buyers don’t know its yarn count and density, the simple way is to send us the original sample, we can analyze the detailed information.
Second, clarify your actual requirements for workwear. For example, if it will be used outdoors for a long time, it needs to have a high light color fastness. If for rental workwear, it needs to withstand multiple industrial washes. And some workwear requires high temperature washing.
Third, after we understand your points, we will recommend corresponding fabrics and provide a quotation, and send quality samples for checking. If the quality sample is ok, you can place a trial order. Usually, our minimum order quantity is 5000m per color, and delivery time is 15-20days. The production status will be updated to you every week by email. After the fabric production is completed, we will randomly select 2 meters from the bulk and send for confirmation. If there is no problem, we will arrange shipment~
